Edison uses credits. After you have created an account you can buy credits. Each credit is 1 EUR. Up to 50 registrations Edison is free in its basic mode, for every attendee over 50, you pay 1 or 2 credits.

Credits are non-refundable but won’t lose their validity nor their value. You can use credits for all future events in your account.

Basically, 1 credit per registration (for over 50 attendees) pays for the service of this event registration solution. If you want to style your event registration page, adjust CSS and make it compliant with your brand guidelines, you need to go for the 2 credits per registration option.

Edison is set up in a way that is easy to use by anyone. Should you however feel that you need support in finding your way, or something is not working the way you would like it to, please contact our helpdesk via or +31(0)20-5727333. Small questions are free of charge, just like Edison. Does your request require programming or support from our registration staff, we will discuss the best way and price forward with you.

Simple; you edit the invitation e-mail to meet your needs, upload a list of invitees using excel, press “send”.

Edison software is created and managed by Parthen Meeting Services. Besides Edison, we offer meeting supplies, registration services and our more extended conference software which also includes abstract handling, Eventure.

Initially, a registration website set up in Edison is not responsive.

However, by chosing the Advanced Subscription you can edit the CSS-code of the website. By adding the code below, the registration website looks sharp on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

In the Edison backoffice, go to ‘Preview’ – ‘Customize Page’ – ‘Advanced’. Copy the following code to the empty field and click ‘Save’:

The Advanced Subscription also allows you to edit the lay-out, fonts and colors of the page. For events with less than 50 participants, the Advanced Subscription costs no more than the Basic Subscription.

In case you fall short of credits, don’t worry. Your audience can still bu tickets and register. Next time you log in, you’ll be directed to the Ed-store and you can buy credits. Your data is in safe hands and you can access data after you have credits in your account.

You can purchase credits at all times in Edison’s Ed-store. The bundles you can purchase credits in, varies from 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000. After purchase, you will receive an invoice and all transactions are stored in your account and can be exported.

Edison is free of charge up to 50 participants. This means you can create an account, create events and try it all out. Only for events above 50 participants and/or custom branding, you will be asked to but credits.

The basic version of Edison (which is free up to 50 registrations), comes with Edison branding. This branding can be removed for only 150 Credits per event.

All on-line payments (creditcard and iDeal) made by participants are being handled through the payment accounts of Stichting Derdengelden. There is no need for your own merchant contract.

Once a month our office will send you a detailed report of the registration and payments made, and the transaction costs that occured. Following the report, the registraton fees minus the costs are automatically transferred to your account. You are in direct contact with one of our project managers during this process.
